Tiramisu
Kadaif noodles ricotta and cherry confiture
Ingredients
- Kadaif noodles
- 250 g of natural ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cherry confiture
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 g of melted butter
Preparation
- Separate the kadaif noodles in a wide bowl.
- Drizzle 50 g of the melted butter over the noodles and mix well.
- Mix the cheese with lemon zest and vanilla in a bowl.
- In a Teflon pan, pour 50 grams of melted butter and cover with an even and tight layer of Kadaif noodles. Pour the cheese mixture on top and the confiture on top.
- Cover with another layer of Kadaif noodles and press well between the edges of the pan.
- Drizzle the remaining butter on top.
- Fry on a medium flame for about 4-5 minutes and constantly rotate the pan so that it does not “stand” in one place.
- Remove from the heat, place a plate the size of the pan and turn the pastry into a plate. The pastry should be brown and crispy.
- Return the pastry back to the pan and fry the other side in the same way.
- Serve lukewarm, you can also bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
