Rise and Almond flakes with light mixed berries confiture

Ingredients

Ingredients (40 cookies)

  • 5 cups (200 g) whole Rice flakes (without added sugar and salt)
  • 2/3 cup light mixed berries confiture
  • 3/4 cup almonds flakes

Preparation

  • Fill a pot with a small amount of water and cover it with a stainless steel bowl, so that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water (bay marine).
  • Heat the pot on a medium flame and put the almonds flakes and the llight mixed berries confiture into the bowl.
  • Melt the almond together with the light mixed berries confiture while stirring, for about a minute.
  • Add the Rice flakes and mix quickly with a wooden spoon, until all the Rice Krispies are evenly coated with the mixture.
  • Remove from the heat, fill paper cups with the mixture and store in the freezer.
  • When serving, add a little l llight mixed berries confiture on top for decoration.
