Malabi with strawberry confiture
Ingredients
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 spoonful of cornflour
- Strawberry confiture
Preparation
- Boil the milk, cream and sugar in a pot
- Add the cornflour diluted with a little cold milk and cook until thickened.
- Filter, pour into glasses and leave 2 cm of space from the rim of the glass.
- Refrigerate until set – about 3 hours.
- Pour an even layer of Strawberry confiture and serve.
